I would highly recommend John for any and all of your exterminating needs. I called John with a concern at my home and he immediately returned my call and we arranged a time at my convenience for him to come out to examine my home. John took the time to explain what he was going to do and what he was looking for during his inspection. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me all of what he was seeing as potential concerns. Once he was done with a full home inspection he thoroughly discussed all my options and answered any questions I had.
